The idea: Stop using outdated technology for modern problems.
A customer hits a checkout error and gets "help" from a support agent still running on carrier pigeons, Morse code telegrams, and a medieval town crier, until the same moment replays the modern way: an AI-supported agent who fixes it in one breath. The joke makes the argument.
My role: Pitched three concepts, wrote the winning script, and am leading creative direction and copy through production with our agency and the demand gen team.
Status: In production, launching early Q3. A full campaign across YouTube, a dedicated landing page, and paid social, with a hero film, a social cut-down, and static assets.
